Brian, the Senior Partner, started the business in 1978 and it evolved into the current partnership in 1990. A key benefit of Brian’s more than 45 years experience is his ability to explain in simple terms complex and technical issues, such as those surrounding Inheritance Tax mitigation.

Drew joined us in 2012 from a background in IT and Customer Support but has since become fully qualified as an Adviser whilst maintaining his involvement with our systems and client communications. Part of this role relates to the use of ‘Platforms’ which can significantly enhance the cost and tax efficiency of clients’ investments.

Sheryl has been a Partner since 1990, initially involved in administrative support. She is a much published author, with an MA in creative writing, who now works part-time as a Consultant to Brian Pratt & Co on creative and marketing aspects.
